The National Portuguese AL Association, ALEP, has prepared a guide for submitting the contribution declaration/proof of AL activity, as determined by the Mais Habitação law.

This declaration must be completed within 2 months from the date the new law came into effect on October 7th and must be submitted online at the Balcão Único Eletrônico at the Eportugal.gov.pt site, as we discussed here. 

The Guide is available in the private area of the LOCALL portal, in the section ALEP has prepared on the “Mais Habitação” measures.

In addition to the free information available at the portal located at https://www.alep.pt/LOCALL, after registering in the Reserved Area, you will be able to consult technical texts, guides and in-depth videos prepared by the ALEP advisors.

The LOCALL Reserved Area currently has 2 access levels:

1- LOCALL: registered members have access to some selected content
2- LOCALL +: Exclusive to ALEP Associates. ALEP Associates have automatic access to 100% of content
