The apartment is on the 3rd floor of a building with elevator with lots of natural light, and sweeping views over the street. The flat is very comfortable, with central heating, portable air conditioning and double glazed windows.

The apartment has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds.

The apartment has two bathrooms, one with bathtub and shower and the other without.
