Located in the most refined area of Lisbon, this exquisite apartment offers a serene atmosphere in the lively Lisbon city center. It is an oasis blessed with sunlight and decorative details that honor Portuguese discoveries.

→ Building
The apartment is located on the 4th floor in a building with elevator (the elevator is temporarily out of service). It has been decorated with the guidance of a Finnish designer living in Portugal. The idea was to celebrate the spirit of Portuguese classic style in the elegant Baixa Pombalina neighborhood of Lisbon. Local materials, such as the typical Portuguese limestone in soft cream and rose tones, with their luxurious matte finish were used on the kitchen surfaces and in the three bathrooms. The Pombalina wooden structure, which separates the kitchen from the living space, was used on the walls to reinforce all the downtown buildings. The living and dining area is decorated by a Portuguese premium furniture brand, again keeping the emphasis on the use of natural materials, marble in this case. The beautiful blue and white tiles on the living room walls were handpicked at Fábrica Sant .Anna, from Lisbon, who since 1903 was artisan tile and was also in charge of recreating any damaged piece on the facade of the 93rd house of Rua da Prata.

→ Bedrooms
The apartment has three bedrooms. The first has a queen-size bed and a bright balcony, the second is en suite and has a queen-size bed, sofa bed, and a view of Castelo de São Jorge. The third and last bedroom is also en suite and has two single beds and a pull-out bed available. All rooms have air conditioning.

→ Bathrooms:
The apartment has three bathrooms with shower.

→ Living Room/Dining Area
The living room has a flat-screen TV, a wooden staircase, a luxurious and comfortable sofa, a dining table for 6 and a very convenient and bright balcony overlooking the Tagus River.

→ Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, dryer, iron, microwave, toaster and coffee maker.

→ City Tax will also be charged in the amount of 2€ per night per person. This Tax will only be applied for the first 7 nights.
→ The apartment has equipment that controls the noise level. We wish our guests an excellent stay, but always respecting the neighbors’ night rest. If the equipment is turned off, our staff will be notified. Any infraction related to the disrespect of the noise rules may lead to the immediate cancellation of the reservation.
→ Construction work is being carried out on the public road in front of the building, with traffic being cut off. Elevator temporarily out of order.
