The apartment is located only 500 meters away from the Rato subway station, making it a great starting point to explore the city.

The apartment was recently renovated and it’s equipped with top facilities, including 4 Air Conditioner units, a 43” Smart TV and washing machine. The apartment is basement in the front of the building, but ground floor at the back. A common situation in Lisbon due to the slope of the city. It is absolutely perfect for families or groups of friends, looking for a quiet stay in one of the most traditional neighborhoods in Lisbon.

The apartment has three bedrooms, two with queen-size beds and the other with two single-beds. All of them has air conditioner.

The apartment has one bathroom with shower.

￫ Living Room
The living room has a 43” Smart TV, a cozy sofa, air conditioner and a dining table for 6.

￫ Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, iron, microwave and coffee maker (capsules not included).
