→ The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only – replacements or re-fills are not provided.
→ Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation.
→ The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee – these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance.
→ Check-in time starts at 16:00 (additional cost of 25€ for check-ins after 22:00). Only one set of keys will be provided.
→ We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest’s Passport information.
→ Check-out must be done until 11am. Before leaving, please place the keys on the main table.
→ During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property’s keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied.
→ Monthly bill consumptions exceeding €150 will be charged separately. By making the reservation, the guest agrees to these terms.
→ Crib and baby chair are available upon request and subject to an extra fee.
→ Please keep in mind that the complete passport/ID details of all guests are required by Portuguese authorities. If you are a Portuguese citizen or booking on behalf of a registered company, providing a tax identification number is also mandatory.
