5. Late check-out não autorizado: 70€ após as 11h

– A taxa turística não está incluída no preço.
– A caução será devolvida via transferência bancária entre 5 e 15 dias após o check-out.
– IVA incluído no preço.
– A entrega das chaves será feita apenas dentro do horário estipulado.

*Para que a solicitação de reserva seja aceita, é necessário apresentar um fiador português.
Caso nao seja possível, é necessário pagar o valor da estadia inteira antes da data prevista para check-in.

O processo de reserva é realizado 100% de forma online, nao sendo possível visitar a propriedade antes do check-in.

Check-in time: Every day from 15:00 to 20:00
Check-out time: Before 11:00

Additional fees:
1. Late check-in (until midnight and after midnight):
– 45€ until midnight
– 65€ after 24h

*In order for the reservation request to be accepted, a Portuguese guarantor must be presented.
If this is not possible, the entire amount of the stay must be paid before the scheduled check-in date.
