Beautifully renovated apartment located on the first floor, in the hipster Graça neighborhood, just 10 minutes walking from the riverside and from Lisbon’s most amazing viewpoints. Also, just a few steps away there is the central square of Graça, and the famous flea market Feira da Ladra (every Tuesday and Saturday). You will have a great time staying in one of the most lively, authentic, and upcoming areas of Lisbon!

The Apartment has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and an ensuite bathroom, the other one has two single beds and there is another separate bathroom with a shower to enter from the hallway.

The big living room and kitchen get a lot of natural light, there is air conditioning throughout the whole apartment and the kitchen is fully equipped. There is a big table for nice diners, a comfortable sofa, a TV, a dishwasher, a washing machine and much more to make your stay smooth.

Cleaning & Linen Services:
– A mandatory final cleaning fee of 210.00€ will be applied to all bookings.
– You have the option to choose a monthly cleaning service, which includes linens, for an extra 80.00€ per month.
– If you prefer to skip the monthly cleaning, a member of our team will need to conduct a bimonthly inspection of the property. Please note that linens are not included with this option.
– Linens can be added for an additional fee.

O apartamento tem 2 quartos, um com uma cama de casal e uma casa de banho privativa, o outro tem duas camas individuais e há outra casa de banho separada com um chuveiro para entrar pelo corredor. A grande sala de estar e a cozinha têm muita luz natural, há ar condicionado em todo o apartamento e a cozinha está totalmente equipada. Há uma mesa grande para refeições agradáveis, um sofá confortável, uma televisão, uma máquina de lavar loiça, uma máquina de lavar roupa e muito mais para tornar a sua estadia tranquila e fácil.

Serviços de limpeza e roupa de cama:
– Uma taxa de limpeza final obrigatória de 210,00€ será aplicada a todas as reservas.
– Tem a opção de escolher um serviço de limpeza mensal, que inclui roupa de cama, por um extra de 80,00€ por mês.
– Se preferir não efetuar a limpeza mensal, um membro da nossa equipa terá de efetuar uma inspeção bimestral à propriedade. Por favor, note que a roupa de cama não está incluída nesta opção.
– Os lençóis podem ser adicionados por uma taxa adicional.
